Peter Cole, M. Ed., B. Ed. and B. Comm.

Peter is a former senior executive of the Victorian Department of Education and has extensive management and strategic leadership experience within the education sector. In 1995, Peter established PTR Consulting Pty Ltd an educational consulting company and in 1998 established EdStaff Pty Ltd a national and international educational recruitment company.

Peter’s employment experience embraces secondary school teaching, research and policy analysis and development with the Curriculum Advisory Board, the State Board of Education and the Victorian Institute of Secondary Education, and senior executive responsibilities with the Education Department’s Western Regional Office and Head Office. Peter is a former Assistant General Manager Curriculum Programs, Victorian Department of Education and as a Senior Executive within the Department managed teams with responsibility for School Reorganisation, Curriculum Development, Technology Projects, and Training and Development.

Peter has been consulting for fifteen years and has focused his consulting work on educational research, policy development and program evaluation projects within Victoria, at the national level and internationally. His attributes include:

Peter is an accredited school performance reviewer, accredited principal coach and accredited school registration reviewer.
